Who are we?

Below is a list of the main services we offer:

  • Property surveillance - visits at regular intervals, after bad weather, after work has been carried out on the house or garden, forwarding of mail.  We will e-mail you a brief report after each visit,
     
  • Preparation for your arrival - central heating turned on, garden tidy, grass cut, pool cleaned,
     
  • Property hunting - preselection of a number of properties based on your requirements or wish list in order to save you time when you arrive in France,
     
  • Project management - arranging for maintenance or repairs to be conducted. Selection of suitable artisans from our network of contacts.  Carry out minor repairs, advice on general restoration works, acting as co-ordinator of the work - liaising with the local professionals, overseeing progress and ensuring that quality standards are met,
     
  • Yacht surveillance - carrying out regular visits, arranging for repairs or maintenance to be carried out.

Other services available are:

  • Life in France - we can help you to settle in France and explain or advise on some of the ins and outs of dealing with the Préfecture, the Mayor, local taxes, registering cars, exchanging driving licences,
  • Translation/interpretation - general work, assistance during house purchasing for example, and specializing in legal and engineering topics,
  • Curtain making,
  • Arranging English-speaking babysitters (depends on locality),
  • Setting up personal computers - assistance in sorting out the different types of connectors needed in France and help getting on to your e-mail/internet accounts,
  • Web site development - creation of your personal site, translation into French or English.

Because of the individual nature of these services, prices for them cannot be given on this site, but please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your requirements.
