I am British with a French wife, have recently left the Royal Navy and now live permanently near La Rochelle. We have been involved in a number of house restorations in the past, both in the UK and France, so have already encountered and resolved many of the likely problems.

We offer a range of services aimed at taking some of the worry out of owning a holiday home abroad or settling in France more permanently (we have been there and done it ourselves!).

Also, if you are hunting for a property in this region, we can pre-select a small number of possibilities (based on your requirements or “wish list”) so that when you come over to France you will be presented with a tailored selection and not have to waste valuable holiday time trawling around agents or notaires.  We can also offer advice on the legal vagaries of buying in France.

As a qualified RYA offshore Yachtmaster, I can also assist you if you have your yacht berthed in the area and would like someone to keep an eye on it or arrange repairs or servicing.
